- Give your friend the “Refer a Friend” form to bring in when opening the new Savings and Checking Account.

REFERRED FRIEND: By submitting the Friends and Family Referral Form to Launch, or by submitting via digital account opening, the name of the person who referred you, you are giving express consent to Launch to notify the party who referred you that you have become a member of Launch Credit Union. This consent is provided only for the purpose of crediting the referring party’s account for the referral bonus that is described above.
Offer good November 1-30, 2023. $5 minimum deposit required to open an account. New member must open a Savings and Checking account. Accounts are subject to membership eligibility and approval. The primary owner on the new account cannot have been an owner or signer on an account at Launch CU within the last 90 days. Referring individual must be a member for a minimum of five days before referring a new member under this promotion. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Must be 18 years or older to participate and receive bonus. Membership conditions apply. Offer applies to consumer accounts only with Individual or Joint ownership. The offer is subject to change or discontinuance at any time. Launch CU employees and their immediate family are not eligible for the bonus or drawing prize.
*$25 incentive will be credited to each member’s Launch Savings account after 60 days if accounts are open, active and in good standing. Each member is responsible for its own taxes on bonus, if any. Bonus will be reported on tax form 1099-INT.
**If qualifications described in * above are met, then each new member and each referring member will also be eligible for a chance to win a $250 deposit into their Launch CU savings account. Each qualifying new member will receive one entry. Each referring member will receive one entry for each qualifying new member referred. All taxes on prizes, and all other expenses not specified herein, are the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to report any winnings as income to the IRS.
