Fraud Alert!

Launch offers real-time fraud alerts. With fraud text alerts, you can help prevent fraudulent transactions from occurring on your DEBIT and CREDIT cards. Launch does not charge you for this service; however, you may incur messaging charges from your wireless carrier.

With fraud text alerts, YOU identify if a transaction is fraudulent or not. If you confirm fraud, you’ll receive a response back that asks you to “call our Fraud Prevention Department” and lists the number. If it’s not fraud, simply reply “N” to the text and that’s it!

Fraud Text Alerts:
  • Protection and Security
  • Fast notification of suspicious activity
  • No enrollment required
Please be sure to verify your contact information (phone number and email) is correct in our system.

NOTE: Be alert that fraudsters are working hard to scam people of their money. If you receive a phone call or email claiming there is fraud on your account, asking for personal information including your account number, PIN or any other type of account information or security codes, DO NOT provide it. Launch will never call and ask for personal identifying information by phone or email.

If you receive a phone call or email requesting information regarding your Debit/Credit card or Digital Banking, STOP and do not provide any information.

When in doubt, contact us for confirmation by calling our Contact Center at 321-455-9400 or 800-662-5257 or visit your local branch.
