Mortgage Tax and Payment Information
Mortgage Interest statements and the annual Escrow Analysis statements are now available in the Mortgage Portal for all mortgage members in their “Documents” tab.
Please ensure your information is correct. CLICK HERE for more information on how to update your mailing address of record.
The mortgage balance on the interest statement is the balance on your loan effective, January 2023. Please check your balance in the Mortgage Portal for your current loan principal balance.
Escrow analysis has been completed. If you had a Surplus in your escrow more than $50.00, you will receive a deposit into your Savings account the week of January 22nd. Escrow Analysis statements will be mailed to your mailing address the 1st week of February.
Member have until February 29th, 2024 to pay their shortgage and get a new analysis.
