Update Your Contact Information
It is important we have updated contact information including address, phone number and email so you do not miss out on important communications regarding your Launch accounts.
Here are a few ways you can update your information today:
Via Digital Banking
Desktop:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select “Settings” from the dropdown in the top right corner
- Select “Contact” tab
- Select pencil icon to the right of address to edit
Mobile:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- From home screen, select “More” in bottom right corner
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Contact”
- Select address to edit
In Branch
- Visit any branch to update your contact information
- complete the Change of Address Form
