Through a comprehensive, data-driven analysis, financial institutions were evaluated using the Texas Ratio (a measure of a bank’s credit quality), along with profitability, net loans and leases, and press coverage over the past two years. An extensive independent survey of more than 71,000 U.S. customers assessed experiences across 12 categories, including Customer Service, Perks and Benefits, and Fees and Interest Rates. In addition, over 1.9 million social media reviews and 129 million mobile app reviews were analyzed to determine the top 500 credit unions in the U.S.
